Abstract:
The aim of this TIP is explain the three aspects of TSN Signing.
There are three different aspects of publishing Content using TSN Signing.
Digital Signatures
The first aspect of TSN Signing is the Digital Signatures. Messages are digitally
signed using your TSN Address creating unique, cryptographically verifiable
fingerprints.
Publishing from a Valid TSN Account
The second aspect of TSN Signing is publishing Content from a Valid TSN
Account. This represents the where part of the equation. For less formal
publishing this aspect can be used for 1/3 signing (used in this 'TSN Document'),
or 2/3 signing (any information not digitally signed, but published from
a Valid TSN Account on a Signature Page which is linked to in a block).
Concurrently including Digital Signatures (as well as Signature Page URLs) in Blocks
The third aspect of TSN Signing is the inclusion of Digital Signatures in your Candidate Block.
By including your Digital Signatures (which are published from a Valid TSN Account) in your
Candidate Block you are submitting them to your historical record of Content. As Candidate
Blocks are published--since their unique Hashes are stated in the subsequent block--they are
solidified in >your_blockchain.
*Remember* in order to create TSN References you must be utilizing all three aspects of TSN Signing.
