I am aware of the fact that knowledge of the Reference Pubkey eliminates the security
provided the Bitcoin protocol in recent years which adds the obstacle of breaking SHA256
in addition to the digital signature but this is a conscious tradeoff in order to enable
multi-cloutchain tipping to a single Reference. If ECDSA was going to break anytime soon
we'd have big problems with Satoshi's coins, and this would provide a less valuable bounty
that could serve as a warning sign of the breaking of ECC (however realistic that actually is)
